They are part bowl, part salad, part  sandwich folded up into any kind of bread you like including but not  limited to pitas, and I\u2019m here for it in every form.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s our lineup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>marinated, spiced, flash-roasted chicken<\/li><li>roasted bell peppers<\/li><li>diced fresh cucumber<\/li><li>kalamata olives<\/li><li>feta cheese<\/li><li>olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice<\/li><li>tzatziki (that yogurt dill sauce that crowns the plate)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pile that on a plate and grab a fork \u2013 or grab a piece of warm, soft naan, or pita, or <a href=\"https:\/\/pinchofyum.com\/one-ingredient-socca\">socca<\/a>  (YUM), and get to work.
