Chicken cacciatore is braised Italian chicken in saucy pasta-friendly\n form, and the best thing about it for me right now is that it is \nbright, acidic and punchy (major caper action). Hello, YES. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it\u2019s also rich and savory (thanks, mushrooms), luscious and silky (olive oil and butter combo at work), and all-around just really satisfying over a pile of silky lemon-buttered capellini noodles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This is kinda a \u201cgourmet\u201d Instant Pot recipe, where you saut\u00e9 the \nchicken and veggies first, and it is very delicious. But if it\u2019s just \nbeen one of those days and you need to throw it all in and sit down for \nthree seconds, this recipe is SO here for you. Just omit the flour and \nsaut\u00e9ing and pull up your Netflix queue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
